1. Order Processing Time Orders are processed as soon as they’re placed, with items picked and packed by our team within 1-2 hours, depending on availability and demand. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM local time, subject to slot availability.

2. Delivery Options and Fees: Standard Delivery: Rs.30/ Delivery within a 2-hour window of your choice (e.g., 10 AM - 12 PM).Express Delivery: RS.50/- Delivery within 1 hour of order confirmation (available in select areas).

Estimated delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volume. We’ll notify you if there’s a delay.

4. Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within a 10km radius of participating grocery stores in [tatisilwai, Ranchi].Enter your zip code in the app to confirm availability. We’re expanding regularly—check back for updates on new service areas!5. Order Tracking After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive real-time updates via the app, including packing status, driver dispatch, and estimated arrival time. You can track your delivery driver’s location on the in-app map.6. 

Delivery Instructions Add special instructions (e.g., “leave at front door” or “call on arrival”) during checkout. For contactless delivery, select the option at checkout, and we’ll leave your order at your specified location.7. Substitution PolicyIf an item is out of stock, we’ll substitute it with a similar product unless you opt out in the app settings.You’ll see substitution options before checkout and can approve or reject them.

8. Freshness Guarantee We hand-pick your groceries to ensure quality and freshness. If anything arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.

9. Missed Deliveries If you’re unavailable during your selected time slot and no instructions are provided, we’ll attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, your order may be returned, and a restocking fee of ₹50/- may apply.
