Accepted Payment MethodsWe accept the following payment options:Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal)[https://www.grocery-junction.in] Gift Cards or Store Credit is not available at this time to ensure a seamless and contactless experience. All payments must be made through the app at the time of checkout or Cash on delivery (COD)/online/credit card at the time of delivery.
2. Pricing and Charges Prices for items are displayed in the app and may vary based on store availability or promotions. Delivery fees and taxes are calculated at checkout and added to your total. See our Delivery Policy for details.
3. Payment Process Payment is charged when your order is confirmed and items are packed, ensuring you’re only billed for what’s delivered. You'll receive an itemized receipt via email and in the app once your order is complete. .4. Tips for Drivers Tipping is optional but appreciated! You can add a tip (e.g., Rs5, Rs.10, or custom amount) during checkout or within 24 hours after delivery via the app.100% of your tip goes directly to the delivery driver.
5. Promotions and Discounts Promo codes can be applied at checkout. Only one code per order is allowed unless otherwise stated. Discounts (e.g., free delivery on orders over Rs.500) are automatically applied when eligibility is met.
6. Refunds and Cancellations Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund if done before packing begins (typically within 5 minutes of placing the order). After that, a Rs.30 restocking fee may apply.
Refunds: If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or credit. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
7. Payment Security: We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. Your card details are never stored on our servers—they’re securely handled by our trusted payment processors.8. Failed Payments If a payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds or an expired card), we’ll notify you via the app and email. You’ll have 24 hours to update your payment method, or your order may be canceled. Repeated failed attempts may temporarily restrict your account until resolved.
